Yellowstone Press Presents...
The Art of the Gun
A 5-Volume Miniature Book Series

Featuring Highly Decorated Arms from the Renaissance to the Millenium
By Robert M. Lee,
Ian Eaves & R.L. Wilson

These are the first miniature books ever published on the history of firearms which include Antique European, Colt, Winchester and Modern Firearms Masterpieces. In these 56-76 page volumes with gatefolds, the authors Lee, Eaves, & Wilson celebrate the art, craftsmanship romance and performance of fine firearms throughout the ages. Each set of text is illuminated with more than 70 photographs. The featured firearms are of the highest museum quality. Publications are limited.

Robert M. Lee is the founder of Hunting World, Inc., and a lifelong enthusiast of fine guns. Ian Eaves is a consultant on arms and armour and among his many titles and honors was appointed Keeper of Armour at the Royal Armouries, H.M. Tower of London, where he worked for 18 years. R.L. Wilson is the most published author on the history of firearms, having produced over 35 books and more than 300 articles on the subject.

“A little jewel of a book... the set will be a landmark in the literature of arms collection and history. Very few museums contain anything that can match them, much less surpass them.”
David E. Petzal, Field & Stream Magazine

“These small studies are potential gifts to those who are not normally interested in firearms.”
Herbert G. Houze, Man At Arms Magazine
